Clinica Sierra Vista proudly received a 100% compliance score during our most recent Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Operational Site Visit (OSV).

An OSV is a thorough evaluation carried out to ensure health centers meet the extensive requirements of the HRSA Health Center Program. This top score shows our strong commitment to meeting federal standards in governance, financial management, clinical practices, and patient care. Achieving this level of compliance shows our dedication to operational excellence and high-quality healthcare delivery. The Joint Commission Accreditation

Clinica Sierra Vista has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Ambulatory Care, Patient-Centered Medical Home, and Behavioral Health Accreditations by demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards. The Gold Seal is a symbol of quality that reflects a healthcare organization’s commitment to providing safe and quality patient care.

Federal Torts Claim Act (FTCA) Deemed Status

Clinica Sierra Vista is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system. It receives the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals. HRSA Addressing Social Risk Factors

Clinica Sierra Vista has been awarded this recognition badge for successfully collecting data on patient social risk factors. This initiative has led to an increase in the percentage of patients receiving enabling services between the last two UDS reporting years.

HRSA Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality

This recognition badge was awarded to Clinica Sierra Vista in acknowledgment of their outstanding efforts in healthcare innovation. They successfully implemented an electronic health record (EHR) system, established telehealth services, and facilitated the online exchange of clinical information with key healthcare providers. Clinica Sierra Vista proudly received Gold-level recognition from The Check. Change. Control. Cholesterol™ Recognition Program by the American Health Association and the American Medical Association. This initiative honors ambulatory healthcare organizations dedicated to effectively managing cholesterol levels. American Heart Association – Target BP Recognition Program

Clinica Sierra Vista has been awarded silver-level recognition by the American Health Association and the American Medical Association for its participation in The Target: BP Recognition Program. This program honors physician practices and health systems that effectively manage hypertension in their patient populations.
