Olga Meave, MD, Chief Executive Officer of Clinica Sierra Vista, leads the organization with a strategic vision, ensuring the fulfillment of its mission to serve diverse communities across the Central Valley. Her role encompasses overseeing operations and advocating for CSV at various levels. Dr. Meave's journey from a practicing physician in Mexico to her current executive position is marked by significant transitions and leadership growth. She graduated with honors from medical school in Mexico, completed her family medicine training in the U.S., and quickly ascended through key roles at CSV, including Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer, guiding the organization through critical periods like the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dr. Meave is particularly proud of her journey, balancing her demanding roles with being a mother. Her expertise spans multiple medical disciplines, including Psychiatry for Primary Care and Pain Management, focusing on improving patient care and operational efficiency. As a Latina physician and healthcare leader, she has significantly impacted CSV, from expanding service lines to reopening sites and enhancing overall patient care.

Dr. Meave's approach to leadership is driven by her commitment to continuous improvement and equitable work culture, guided by her motto that "luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity." She deeply connects with CSV's mission through her ongoing work as a physician, keeping her close to the people and communities she serves. Outside work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
