September is Suicide Prevention Month.
Clinica Sierra Vista is proud to partner with Kern Behavioral Health & Recovery Services to bring awareness to this important month.
Our team has seen an increase of incidents involving suicide and attempted suicide. Now it is more important than ever to recognize the signs something is wrong.
All this month we will be focusing on ways you can improve your mental health and seek care if needed!
