Differential Response Program & Parents As Teachers
(DR & PAT)
Our Differential Response (DR) program from Clinica Sierra Vista is a voluntary program that helps support families referred by Child Protective Services (CPS). Differential Response case managers help families overcome struggles so they can thrive and their children can grow in a safe and supportive environment. If you know of or suspect child abuse, neglect, or maltreatment, report it by calling 661-631-6011 in Kern County or 760-375-6049 in Ridgecrest to make a Suspected Child Abuse Report (SCAR).
