Joshua completed his undergraduate studies at California State University, Bakersfield, and earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from National University. A lifelong resident of Bakersfield, CA, Joshua has cultivated a deep connection to his community. His personal interests include stream and ocean fishing, following college and professional sports, playing weekend golf, and enjoying family gatherings.

Driven by a longstanding interest in human behavior and a commitment to supporting individuals in need, Joshua pursued a career in mental health.
