Clinica Sierra Vista believes everyone in the communities we serve should have access to quality dental health care. We have two fully equipped, 40-foot mobile units that allow our dental and medical professionals to provide their services in communities where they are needed most. Our units have visited schools to offer first-time checkups to thousands of children, as well as to the homeless on the streets and farmworkers in the fields.

Rates & Insurance

We accept Denti-Cal, private insurance, most HMO plans, including Covered California, and cash. A sliding-fee scale is used to determine rates for the uninsured. Call (833) 678-2781 in Fresno to reach a Clinica Sierra Vista enrollment expert who can answer your insurance questions.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To prepare for your appointment, remember to bring proper identification such as photo ID, birth certificate, or any other document that verifies who you are, as well as your current health insurance card, if you have one.
