The New Headquarters Reflects Organization’s Growth, Strategic Investment, and strengthened commitment to our communities

Bakersfield, Calif., March 23, 2026— Clinica Sierra Vista (CSV), one of California’s largest Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), today announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters to 9525 Camino Media, Bakersfield, California. The move takes effect April 1, 2026. Beginning that date, CSV’s corporate office will no longer be located at 1430 Truxtun Avenue, Suite 400, Bakersfield. Mail may be directed to CSV’s new mailing address: P.O. Box 21810, Bakersfield, CA 93390. For more information, visit clinicasierravista.org.
The new headquarters at 9525 Camino Media marks a landmark milestone in CSV’s nearly 55-year history, the organization’s first owned corporate office, and stands as a powerful reflection of CSV’s commitment to the communities it serves, a strategic investment in the future of healthcare access, and direct support for the health centers, programs, and patients at the heart of CSV’s mission.
The acquisition reflects Clinica Sierra Vista’s strong financial planning and long-term strategic vision, supported by valued community partnerships, including Chevron and its corporate leadership.

Clinica Sierra Vista Is Stronger Than Ever
Like many community health centers nationwide, CSV experienced significant challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly a sharp decline in patient visits. However, under the leadership of Dr. Olga Meave, M.D., who became Chief Executive Officer in 2022, CSV has not only bounced back but has also expanded its services. As a result, the organization now serves the highest number of patients and visits in its history.
Since 2022, CSV has grown from 125,373 patients to 159,540 patients, an increase of more than 34,000 patients, representing a 27 percent growth in just four years. Total annual visits have reached 763,631, the highest in CSV’s history. Approximately 115,906 CSV patients rely on Medicaid or CHIP, while 14,403 patients are uninsured and receive care regardless of their ability to pay, underscoring CSV’s irreplaceable role as a safety-net provider for the Central Valley’s most vulnerable populations.

“Clinica Sierra Vista has never been stronger, and this new corporate office is proof of that,” said Dr. Olga Meave, M.D., Chief Executive Officer. “When I joined CSV as a resident in our own Rio Bravo Family Medicine Residency Program, I saw firsthand what it means to this region to have a health center that truly shows up for its community. This building represents our commitment to the communities we serve, our investment in the future of health care in the Central Valley, and our unwavering support for our patients who depend on us every day, and that is our mission.”
About Dr. Olga Meave, M.D.
Dr. Meave joined Clinica Sierra Vista as a resident physician in CSV’s Rio Bravo Family Medicine Residency Program, a program designed to train primary care physicians committed to serving underserved communities. She went on to become a practicing primary care physician and an outspoken advocate for her patients and the communities CSV serves. In 2020, Dr. Meave was appointed Chief Medical Officer to oversee the organization’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, she was appointed CEO, bringing a physician’s perspective and a community champion’s heart to the organization’s strategic leadership at a critical moment of recovery and growth.

Centralization and Innovation for Better Patient Access
The Camino Media headquarters consolidates CSV’s administrative, executive, and operational leadership under one roof, enabling greater coordination, efficiency, and responsiveness across CSV’s locations in Kern and Fresno counties. The move complements CSV’s investment in Epic EHR, mobile health units, telehealth, and expanded pharmacy services — all aimed at removing barriers and increasing access to quality care.
“Our board of directors and executive leadership are deeply committed to our mission,” said Dr. Meave. “Every decision we make, including this one, is about being a stronger, more connected organization so that our patients and communities receive the care they deserve.”
Community Celebration Coming in August 2026
