About Deisy

Deisy Soria, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over nine years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered care across California. She has worked with individuals of all ages, supporting those navigating challenges such as anxiety, trauma, psychosis, life transitions, relationship issues, personal growth, grief and loss, health concerns, and depression.

Ms. Soria utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her approach emphasizes cognitive restructuring, behavior modification, problem-solving, and the development of healthy coping skills. She also incorporates family therapy techniques to strengthen interpersonal relationships and foster communication.

As a bilingual therapist and member of a Hispanic immigrant family, Ms. Soria is deeply connected to the Latino community. She brings cultural sensitivity and lived experience to her work, allowing her to build meaningful connections and address the financial, cultural, and environmental challenges her clients may face. One of her core professional goals is to empower individuals within the community to advocate for their mental health and overall well-being.

Outside of her clinical work, Ms. Soria enjoys music, singing, and collecting vintage records—especially traditional Mexican music such as Los Caminantes and classic oldies from the 1960s.

  • You are breastfeeding a baby who is less than one year old
  • You had a baby in the last six months
  • You have a child who is under the age of five
