Primary Care -Whether you’re due for a wellness visit, managing chronic health conditions, or need follow-up care, our dedicated providers are here to support you with personalized, responsive care.
Walk-In Care – No appointment? No problem. The walk-in clinic model helps busy families receive timely, same-day care for common, non-emergency health needs. Visit for things like: cold, flu & fever, sore throat or ear infection, minor injuries & sprains, prescription refills, STD testing, and more.
Pediatrics – We’re proud to care for your little ones, too. Our pediatric services focus on keeping children healthy and thriving through every stage of development, including: well-child visits, immunizations, school and sports physicals, developmental screenings, sick visits, and ongoing care.

This income limit is based on 185% of the Federal Poverty Level, and these amounts will be effective from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
