Our children’s behavioral health services are available to patients from the age that symptoms first appear up to their 21st birthday. Our teams, comprised of therapists, case managers, and psychiatrists, all of whom develop a treatment plan and use the most appropriate assessment procedures and therapeutic approaches for each child, in conjunction with other natural supports the child has in their life.

Evidence-based treatment services such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Functional Family Therapy (FFT), and Aggression Replacement Training (ART) may be provided to some families. Services are always provided in the patient’s language, with a translator, if need be.

How Can My Child Be Referred for Counseling Services?

The following people can refer children to our services: teachers/school staff, parents, probation, DHS/CPS social workers, foster care services, physicians, and Family Resource Centers.

Where Are These Services Provided?

Services are provided where most beneficial to patient’s needs. We may provide services in the office, at schools, at home, or any other location that will support the needs of the patient.

How Can I Pay for These Services?

Clinica Sierra Vista Behavioral Health Centers currently accepts Medi‑Cal, Medicare, and other health insurances. Please contact us for more.
