Holiday Closures

Our Schedules

In observance of upcoming holidays, our community health centers, pharmacies, WIC offices, and administrative locations will be closed on the following dates:

2025 Calendar

*All locations will close Dec. 31 at 5 p.m. and remain closed on Jan. 1 in observance of New Year’s Day. We will resume normal hours on Jan. 2.

For non-emergency assistance, our call center is available 24/7 at (833) 678-2781, even on holidays. Whether it’s scheduling an appointment, answering your questions, or connecting you to our on-call providers, we’re here to support you!

Should you experience a medical emergency during these closures, please dial 9-1-1 or head to the nearest emergency room.
