Originally from California, Dilraj Sohi, FNP, has devoted his career to providing compassionate, high-quality care to diverse communities. His passion for healthcare began during his years as a nurse, where he witnessed the profound impact that timely, thorough, and empathetic care can have on patients and their families.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Mr. Sohi’s favorite aspect of his work is building lasting relationships with his patients and empowering them through education and shared decision-making. At Clinica Sierra Vista, he is committed to expanding access to primary care, advancing preventive health initiatives, and improving the well-being of underserved populations.

Outside of his clinical practice, Mr. Sohi enjoys photography and videography—particularly travel cinematics—and loves exploring California’s scenic landscapes with his family.
