Originally from Orange and Los Angeles counties, John Zhao relocated to Fresno after completing his residency in Cleveland, Ohio. His interest in obstetrics and gynecology began during his third year of medical school, when he was inspired by the breadth of care the specialty offers—from patient-centered reproductive health to high-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Zhao is committed to providing high-quality, equitable care and advocating for the patients of Clinica Sierra Vista. Outside of his professional practice, he enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and attending live music events.
