Marisa Trebizo, LMFT

Marisa Trebizo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the Senior Director of Behavioral Health at Clinica Sierra Vista. She brings more than 20 years of experience in management, mental health services, and team development, along with a deep commitment to expanding access to compassionate, culturally responsive behavioral health care.

Marisa joined Clinica Sierra Vista in 2015 and has grown her career within the organization, serving in roles including Case Manager, Clinic Manager, Director of Quality and Training, and Specialty Behavioral Health Director. Her leadership has played an essential role in strengthening behavioral health and substance use disorder programs across the organization.

Known for her collaborative approach and dedication to staff development, Marisa is skilled in training facilitation, community mental health, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused practices. She holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University, part of the Chapman University System.

Marisa is passionate about ensuring that every individual has access to high-quality behavioral health support. She continues to foster strong relationships with partners, team members, and the communities Clinica Sierra Vista serves. Under her guidance, the Behavioral Health Department remains focused on delivering care with dignity, empathy, and excellence.
