About Marlina
Marlina Aran, LCSW, is a dedicated mental health professional with over a decade of service at Clinica Sierra Vista. She began her career providing specialty mental health services to children, where she received training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy—a powerful modality used in the treatment of trauma.
Currently, Marlina serves as the Lead Therapist for the Kern Lifeline Program, where she supports individuals living with chronic illness through the Ryan White Program. Her work is rooted in a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and a deep dedication to serving marginalized communities. Marlina’s approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in advocacy for equitable access to behavioral health services.
