Eliezer Alvarez, PA-C

Eliezer, a proud first-generation Mexican-American from Fresno, began his journey in the medical field while attending Duncan Polytechnical High School, where he earned his certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant. He later attended California State University, Fresno, and completed his Physician Assistant training at the University of California, Davis.

He brings valuable experience from his work in primary care, hospital medicine, and urgent care settings. Eliezer finds the most rewarding aspect of his profession to be educating and connecting with patients in ways that empower them to lead healthier lives. He is enthusiastic about joining Clinica Sierra Vista and contributing to its mission of expanding access to care for underserved populations.

Outside of work, Eliezer enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing chess, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers.
