A proud graduate of California State University, Bakersfield’s Class of 2023, where he earned honors for his academic excellence, Witchell embodies our belief that quality healthcare should be accessible to everyone. What makes him especially valuable to our diverse Central Valley community is his fluency in both Tagalog and Visaya, breaking down communication barriers that too often prevent people from getting the care they need and deserve.
