Renew Once a Year
To stay active in the program, you’ll renew your eligibility once a year. This short appointment confirms your information and helps us make sure you’re getting the right benefits for your family’s needs.
In between renewals, you’ll complete:
- Two short education sessions—to keep learning helpful nutrition tips.
- One midway health check—a quick visit or phone call to check in on your family’s health and goals.
Most of these can be done over the phone or in person—whatever works best for your schedule.

- Toddler feeding struggles
- Healthy meal ideas
