As part of our commitment to accessibility, our Health Insurance Assistance Program provides additional eligibility screening and application assistance for all programs that you may qualify for. We offer a sliding fee discount based on your family size and income. Patients who qualify for the Sliding Fee will receive the Patient Assurance Cards.
